I'm off to Uganda next march for two weeks. Im going in conjunction with DentAid and Christian Uganda relief to help set up a prosthetic dental laboratory within a new dental clinic that has been setup by christian relief.

This trip is about helping some Ugandan dentists on making dentures and being able to help treat patients. I hope to make 10-20 dentures whilst over there and leave the systems in place so they are self sufficient to continue to provide dentures.

These charities have never worked with CDT's before and they hope we can start something for the future with other dental missions with CDT's in third world countries.

If anyone can help next year I would be grateful if you have any old worn out equipment,teeth,waxes etc that I can help set up a basic prosthetic lab. I'm taking some stuff but the more I can take the better.

I feel like Bob Geldof , and I found him annoying ;) so I hope this hasn't come off as too begging , but it may be a good opportunity for CDT's to be recognised by charities in the UK.
